VFLS will list your property on their website and other relevant directories. When a production company is interested, they will contact VFLS and schedule a visit to your property. If the production company decides to rent your property, VFLS will handle all the paperwork and contracts.

VFLS requires production companies to provide insurance coverage for potential damages. If there is damage to your property, VFLS will coordinate with the production company to ensure the property is restored to its original state.
